How does a mobile sauna rental work?
We tow the sauna to you, set it up, and get the fire started. You and your crew handle the sweating, we handle the rest. After your session, we return to pick it up—no cleanup, no stress.

Where can the sauna be set up?
Driveways, backyards, parking lots, lake houses, cabins, beaches… if it’s relatively flat and we can park the trailer, we can (probably) party there.

How many people fit inside?
Comfortably, 10–12 adults.

How long does it take to heat up?
About 45–60 minutes to reach that perfect, wood-fired sweat.

How far do you travel?
We’re based in Metro Detroit and travel all around Southeast Michigan. Longer hauls? Just ask—we’ll quote it based on mileage.

Is setup and pickup included?
Always. You book it, we deliver, stoke the fire, and return when it’s cooled down.

Can I rent it overnight or for multiple days?
Yes! We love weekend warriors, cabin trips, employee wellness weeks, festivals, etc!

💸 BOOKING & PAYMENT

How do I book?
Hit Book Now, choose your date and package, and pay your deposit online. We’ll confirm details and send everything you need to prep for your sauna day.

How far in advance should I reserve?
The sooner, the better—as the temperature drops, we’re seeing weekends + holidays booking fast.

Is a deposit required?
Yes—50% holds your date. The rest is due before delivery.

What payment methods do you take?
Credit/debit via our booking page. No cash needed unless you’re tipping your sauna master.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 7 days before for a full refund of your deposit. Within a week, we’ll apply it to a future booking.

Can I change my date after booking?
As long as we have availability, absolutely.

Can I bring drinks inside?
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. always. Booze is up to you—but if you drink, drink responsibly and take plenty of cool-downs.

Can I play my own music?
Yes. Bluetooth-connect your playlist or let us queue the vibes.

What should we wear?
Bathing suits, towels, or whatever makes you feel hot—in every sense.

How long should each sauna round last?
10–15 minutes per round with breaks to cool off or plunge. Listen to your body.

Can we add a cold plunge or IV drip?
Absolutely. We’ve partnered with a mobile IV team and can bring cold tubs, too. Ask when booking.

Do you provide towels or robes?
Bring your own, or let us upgrade your setup with plush towels and robes.

Can we decorate the sauna for our event?
Totally. Balloons, banners, disco balls—just avoid anything flammable.

Can we tag you on socials?
Yes, please. Tag @saunaparty and we might feature your crew on our feed.

🧖‍♀️ SAFETY & CLEANLINESS

How clean is the sauna?
Spotless. We deep-clean and sanitize between every rental.

Do you sanitize between rentals?
Every surface, every time.

What temperature does it reach?
Between 160–200°F—enough to melt stress and maybe last night’s choices.

Is it safe for everyone?
If you can handle a hot shower, you’ll be fine. Those with medical conditions or pregnancy should check with a doctor first.

What if I feel lightheaded or overheated?
Step out, cool off, hydrate, and jump back in when you’re ready.

🌦️ WEATHER & LOCATION

Can you set up in winter, snow, or rain?
That’s our favorite season. Cold air + hot fire = the best sauna sessions.

What if the weather is bad on my date?
Light rain or snow? We roll with it. Severe weather? We’ll reschedule without penalty.

Can you bring it to the woods, beach, or cabin?
Absolutely—just make sure we can access it with the trailer.

What kind of space do you need for setup?
About two car lengths of flat ground and access for the trailer to pull in and out safely.

What add-ons are available?
Cold plunge tubs, IV drips, towels, robes, lighting, and music setups. Ask about surprise extras—we like to keep things interesting.
